Who we are

Renza is an AI conversation-practice service for language learners, operated at renza.live. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Renza.

Your account

You need an account to use Renza. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and if you are under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

The service

Renza gives you spoken conversation practice with an AI partner, along with reports, corrections, and a review deck generated from your sessions. The AI can make mistakes. Renza is a practice tool, not a substitute for a qualified teacher, translator, or certification, and we make no guarantee that you will reach any particular level of proficiency.

Plans, free minutes, and billing

• The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of conversation time at no cost and does not require a card.
• The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks more conversation time and additional features, as described on the pricing page.
• Billing is handled by our payment provider, Polar, which acts as merchant of record and may collect applicable taxes.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change. We will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Renza for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission.
• Misuse the AI to generate content that violates the rights of others.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you say and submit. You grant us a limited license to process it so we can run the service, including generating transcripts, reports, and your review deck. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Renza is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know. Continuing to use Renza after a change means you accept the updated terms.
